Day 0 — Arrive

• Fly/train toward Nagano; bus into Hakuba.
• Rent gear in the village; confirm which hill opens earliest tomorrow.

Days 1–2 — Ski the valley

• Day 1: home hill only — learn snow report and lift wind holds.
• Day 2: second resort in the same valley if legs and weather allow.
• Do not day-trip to Hokkaido logistics; keep the radius tight.

Day 3 — Flex / exit

• Extra ski morning or onsen recovery (okonsen.net) before the Tokyo transfer.
• Ramen stop on the way out (okramen.net).
